Worship Goddess Brahmacharini today.
This is the second day of Navaratri where Goddess Durga is worshiped in the form of Brahmacharini. The name of the Goddess means the one who is really dedicated and faithful in her task. The name signifies that she practices penance (brahmacharya), where “Brahma” meaning penance and Charini” meaning a female follower.
The form of Goddess Parvati grants prosperity and emancipation. It is a custom to wear blue clothes on the second day of Navaratri festival.
